This outstanding article prompted by recent events in Africa, especially in the resource rich central Africa, frames the events within a context of rivalry between China and the Empire for control of, and access to, the valuable resources found in this area. No doubt the recent notorious film entitled "Kony 2012" was a carefully crafted part of this overall Empire strategy to gain public support for the official introduction of military forces into central Africa.
