The reality about the greenhouse gas emissions cuts needed to avoid dangerous global warming is obscured in UK government scenarios, climate scientist Kevin Anderson has said.

In the US things are even worse: ruling class media are only tentatively beginning to associate wildfires raging across the American Southwest with global warming--far short of connecting this with the excessive burning of fossil fuels without which capitalism is doomed.
