The author notices a consistent pattern in pursuit of wars in the Middle East which has been implemented by the deep state (shadow government) regardless of which party or person holds office. (You see, it matters not whom we are allowed to vote for in the "democratic" elections managed by the ruling capitalist class.) Such plans were almost spelled out in detail in several important documents written by neoconservatives who from all appearances constitute a major faction within the deep state.
